WHERE DO I SEND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT?

Please send us your proof of payment at oikosph@gmail.com following your invoice. Please send it within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of orders.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

Most of our products are handmade, therefore it is impossible to produce perfectly identical products. We believe that the natural imperfections of each product are what makes them unique, we hope you do too.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Please contact us immediately if you would like to change or cancel your order. However, we won't be able to make changes if we have already processed your order.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Please allow 3-7 business days for all handmade orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped. For curated items, please watch out for their availability. If you wish to pre-order instead of waiting for our next drop, just notify us. We will notify you of any extension on your waiting time due to the delays caused by the current pandemic. Thank you in advance for your patience and support!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping time is within 3-5 business days. You might experience a few extra days depending on your location. You can always check your tracking number to anticipate when your order will arrive.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We do not accept returns because we make sure that we check your items before shipping. But, we do accept exchanges due to defects/damage caused by shipping. Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your damaged item. To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure your item is in the same condition you received it. It must be sent back in the original packaging. Also, the customer will shoulder all corresponding delivery charges that will occur.
